Our General Loan Process

  1. The loan process starts when an Executive Summary is submitted to Equitable Capital and Consulting, LLC for review.
  2. If the Executive Summary is accepted, then we schedule a conference call with the principals.
  3. Initial information will then be requested via email.
  4. Once we have received the information, it will be thoroughly reviewed.
  5. If the information looks like a fit, then the due diligence and structuring processes begin.
  6. Upon initial due diligence, if still interested, a Financing Proposal is issued.
  7. The Financing Proposal is fully executed by the principals.
  1. The underwriting checklist is prepared and issued.
  2. The underwriting documents are returned to Equitable Capital and Consulting, LLC.
  3. Third-party reports are ordered.
  4. Once reports are finished, the transaction goes to the Lender committee.
  5. If approved, the Lenders’ commitment will be sent to the principals for signatures.
  6. The loan documents are drafted, and the legal team will schedule the closing date.
  7. Closing.

Estimated Timeframe

While still subject to underwriting, third-party reports, and legal review, the estimated timeframe for the loan process ranges from 25 to 45 days.
